  3. DISAGREE!!
A formal work relationship is meant to motivate commonality amongst fellow employees. We are all working toward a common goal, when we place emphasis on the fact that its a formal relationship we go back to the issue of discrimination based on position.

The only way to remove this is to have a family orientated work environment!!

    1. Mr Sekhoela I do not get it when you disagree with my definition of formal relationships because its all about how you want to understand it and where did you get it. I would have appriciated it if you should have came with yours and reference it.

What do you mean by family orientated work environment?
If your saying we must work as families excluding people from outside it wont be good because those who are less fortunate they work, its nepotism

    1. I think you as an individual you should get that person arrested or expose him/her into the publics by the use of social networks that are relevent to the organization.

  5. The issue of abusive relationships its very dominant nowadays simple because one has to sacrifies to get something to live for, and there is no way one can have a prove of such bad treatment so the only way to avoid such its to install cameras in the work environment of which some people will feel like their privacy its not secured
